These terms govern stays at the « La Maison du Régisseur » cottage as well as private event hire of the Château du Creux.
These terms apply to any accommodation booking and any private-hire service offered by the Château du Creux.
Cottage stays are booked online via our partner platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo) or directly by email. A booking is firm upon receipt of the deposit or the platform's confirmation.
Rates vary by season and length of stay (from €350 per night). They are shown on the Rates & Booking page and confirmed at the time of booking.
A security deposit of €1,000 is requested (held, not charged, returned after inspection). The balance is due according to the platform's terms or, for direct bookings, before arrival.
Check-in from 5 PM, check-out before 11 AM. Minimum stay of 2 nights (3 in high season). Parties and events are not permitted as part of a cottage stay (private event hire on separate request).
For platform bookings: each platform's own terms apply. For direct bookings: flexible terms up to 30 days before arrival, after which 50% of the total amount is due.
Weddings, seminars and private events are subject to a tailored quote and a specific contract setting out the deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms.
The client is responsible for any damage caused during the stay. These terms are governed by French law; any dispute falls under the competent courts.
