Photographers, agencies and art directors: three hours from Paris, the Château du Creux opens its façade, its reception rooms and its 15-hectare park to fashion, wedding, lifestyle and brand shoots.
The château, enlarged in the 1770s by Nicolas-Martial Foacier, architect to the King at Versailles, for the Fougières family, has belonged to the Nicolay family since 1837. Edmond Duthoit restored it between 1883 and 1889 and added its pediment.
Classical façade, triangular pediment, French-style roofline: the architecture of a great 18th-century château, with the patina of a house that is still lived in. The floors creak. The reception rooms have their fireplaces. The English-style park runs down to the Aumance.

We prefer to welcome the team before the shoot rather than settle everything by e-mail. We walk the château and the park together and choose rooms and hours of light. We agree on what stays closed. The visit is led by the master of the house, who knows every room.
The service is new at Le Creux. We therefore build each proposal from your project: duration, size of the team, rooms wanted, use of the images. The quote follows the recce.
The Maison du Régisseur can be taken as a whole, as a group cottage for ten people, five bedrooms, two nights minimum. For a smaller team, its guest rooms can be booked one by one. Two rooms are also available in the château itself.
The château has no studio, no dressing rooms and no technical stage. People come for the stone, the light of the park and interiors that have served a purpose other than being photographed. For a wedding or a celebration, you want private hire instead.
Planned dates, size of the team, rooms and mood sought: we will reply with a proposal for a recce.
